Vincent C. Argento

Vincent C. Argento focuses his practice on commercial transactions and litigation, estate planning, probate and guardianship matters.

Mr. Argento has been practicing law in the State of Illinois since 1984. He received his bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in 1978 and received his law degree from Northern Illinois University in 1984 where he graduated cum laude. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the Northern District of Illinois (Trial Bar), the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court and United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Argento is a former Administrative Law Judge for the Illinois Human Rights Commission, former assistant state’s attorney in Kane County, Illinois and is a published author. He is a frequent speaker on a wide variety of transactional issues and has testified as an expert witness in complex financial cases. His corporate clients range from startup entities to multi-million dollar corporations. He is also a fierce advocate on behalf of the elderly and disabled.

Known locally as the “Lawyer’s Lawyer”, Mr. Argento has represented many well-known attorneys for their personal and business needs. Mr. Argento has even represented Hollywood actors. Mr. Argento is a licensed pilot holding a commercial pilot’s certificate.
