Priti Nemani

Priti Nemani is an associate attorney with Argento & Battista, LLC where she concentrates her practice in real estate transactions, commercial transactions and litigation, estate planning, probate and guardianship matters.

Ms. Nemani received her undergraduate degree in Comparative Literature with an emphasis in Spanish from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. While at the University of Michigan, Ms. Nemani worked as a teaching assistant for a service-based course on juveniles in the criminal justice system. She also interned with a national non-profit organization, South Asian Americans Leading Together.

In 2012, Ms. Nemani graduated cum laude from the Northern Illinois University College of Law, where she worked as a research assistant, participated in Moot Court, and served on the executive board for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the “Street Law” Student’s Association. Ms. Nemani also designed lectures to assist fellow students on legal publishing. Ms. Nemani is an avid researcher and published legal author. She presently serves on the Kane County Bar Association’s Diversity Committee and New Lawyers’ Committee.
